The St Peter's Ribbon Days by Leanne Smith & Waikato School of Dressage are held every month throughout the year.
Leanne Smith has been riding for as long as she can remember, and was a member of the Hamilton Light Horse Club by the time she was 5. She has been coaching for more than 10 years.
The dressage days were originally for riders under 21 years, but they became so popular she added adult classes as well.
The St Peter’s equestrian centre has a huge sand arena with exceptional grounds and a permanent sound system.
The dressage days are perfect for riders of all abilities, whether they have ridden before or not.
Some riders, who are well above beginner level, still come to the events to practice their high level tests and musicals as a way to prepare for their competitive events.
